Covenants Conditions & Restrictions
All homeowners are subject to the Rosemont Ridge Homeowners Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions. There are two documents available below:
Realtors are requested to provide buyers with a copy of both. The "Acknowledgment of Receipt" document is to be completed and:
- Covenants, Easements, and Restrictions (which include Bylaws, Design Criteria, and Amendments). It is in searchable text PDF format.
- Acknowledgment of Receipt document.
Realtors are requested to provide buyers with a copy of both. The "Acknowledgment of Receipt" document is to be completed and:
- A copy returned to the Rosemont Ridge Homeowners association prior to closing.
- A copy provided to the title company for closing.
