Mailboxes and their repairs are the responsibility of the homeowner. 
An exception is painting—the association maintains a fund to have all mailboxes repainted every few years when deemed appropriate.

The mailboxes in Rosemont Ridge are model number 631K-6 from Imperial Mailbox Systems. Their website is www.imperialmailboxsystems.com

Although the association does not recommend or endorse any particular supplier, Shermans Signs LLC (a dealer for Imperial Mailbox Systems located in Cincinnati) can supply complete new box and post system or parts. The owner, Jay Sherman can be reached by phone or text at (513) 295-9265.
